I was flying around the Southeast last week. The isolated storms have been pretty brutal, so I definitely took a break yesterday.

This morning it’s time to get back into my routine and hit it hard before continuing on with my rotation.

Let’s get the blood flowing to start our week off!

WOD 6-23-14

Warm-up: Jump rope (5 mins)

Main Set:

Rep scheme: 21-15-7 (This means three sets. Complete 21 reps of each exercise as you go through the list of exercises in order.  Then 15 reps, and finally 7 reps.)

  • Pushups
  • Mountain Climbers (stay in pushup position and step Bring the right knee in towards the chest, resting the foot on the floor. Jump up and switch feet in the air, bringing the left foot in and the right foot back.
  • Burpees
  • Standing jumps (knee-to-chest)
  • Burpees
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Pushups

Cool down with a good stretch and hydrate yourself.  This WOD is as intense as you make it.  IF you can push harder, then do it!  The best thing about this is that you don’t need any equipment.  I just did this in my hotel room.  So if I can do it, you can too!
