WOD at allandnieva.me

“Knowing is not enough, we must apply. Willing is not enough, we must do.” -Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

In the past two months, I’ve let two Spartan Beast events pass to allow myself to fully recover.  My next race is supposed to be the Tough Mudder in Toronto, ON, Canada.  I have my work cut out for me.  The WOD for today is intense, no matter how you look at it or try to get it done.  It exploits whatever weakness you have, whether it is arm strength, leg strength, core strength, or cardio.  The simplicity makes it easy to follow – you’ll know what you have to do.  You can do it in order, taking breaks as needed, or you can break it up into pieces.  As long as you get all the reps in, it really doesn’t matter what order you do it.

Here we go!

WOD 7-2-14 (100s)

Warm up – Jump rope (5 mins), then warm up stretch.

Main set:

  • 100 air squats
  • 100 pushups
  • 100 pullups
  • 100 crunches (not situps)
  • 100 knee-to-chest jumps

That’s it!

If it takes you 10 minutes or 10 hours.  Do ALL the reps.  At the end, you’ll know what your weak areas are, which will help define your plan of attack in building a more complete work out plan for yourself.

When I first started, the pullups and the knee-to-chest jumps were my killers…

You got this!

See you on Friday.
