WOD – 7-4-14

Happy Independence Day USA!

No time to chat.  Heading out to meet up with family on the other side of the country.  Let’s get to it!

WOD 7-4-14

Warm up – Light jog (15-20 minutes)

Main Set

  • 1 minute jump rope
  • 20 burpees
  • 1 minute jump rope
  • 20 box jumps
  • 1 minute jump rope
  • 20 pushups

Aim for 5-7 sets.  That’s it! Don’t forget to stretch out and re-hydrate yourself!

Love it or hate it – consistency and perseverance will always keep you pointed in the right direction towards your goal.
