Do you still have your recorded times from last Monday? Good! You get to see how much you’ve improved in one week! Maybe it’ll be 1-minute shorter. Maybe 2! Or maybe you’ll just feel a lot better during and after… Who knows. We all improve in steps.

WOD 10-13-14

Warm up with 3-5 minutes of Jump Rope (or double-unders)


  • 20 Pull-ups
  • 30 Push-ups
  • 40 Sit-ups
  • 50 Squats

5 rounds for time.

Cool down, stretch, and hydrate.

Take a look at your numbers, and note how you feel. Were you faster? Did you feel better going through the WOD? Do you feel better now than you did the last time you went through it? Improvements happen a little at a time. Enjoy the small victories, because… well, it’s a victory! 🙂
