Admittedly, yesterday was one of those days that just didn’t want to end…  I got to my hotel room after flying around the stormy Northwest and passed out on the bed.

Opportunity for WOD = Zero

If your body needs to rest, it’s important to let it rest.  BUT, once it’s rested, it’s important to start pushing again.

So I’m getting my WOD done today! Woot Woot!

I’m seriously considering the Houston Tough Mudder in two weeks, if it will work out logistically with my work schedule.  So today’s WOD will help give me good idea of where my cardio is – it’s important to know where I am before developing a plan to figure out how to get where I need to go…

WOD – 10-21-14

Get to your nearest highschool football field for today’s WOD!

1 mile warm up jog

Main Set

  • Run up and down each of the bleacher columns.
    • Run once around the track for time.
  • Jump up the columns, one step at a time, then walk/run down the bleacher columns
    • Run once around the track for time (aim for the previous time, or better)
  • Take the steps, two at a time, up and down each of the bleacher columns
    • Run once around the track for time (aim for the previous time, or better)
  • Jump up the columns, two steps at a time, then walk/run down the bleacher columns
    • Run once around the track for time (aim for the previous time, or better)

Make sure you take time to cool down by stretching and hydrating.

That’s it! 😀 Start slow, but push yourself as your body warms up.
