Sometimes you want to stop.  Don’t.

Your fitness success rests solely on your shoulders. We all have obstacles and challenges to overcome. The best way to conquer them is to be consistent with your workouts. You may not always see or feel the results you want but, believe me, not getting your workouts in is more detrimental than you know.

Put your head in the game and get it done! You got this!

WOD 11-5-14

Warm up: Jump rope (or double unders) – 5 minutes

Main set: (4 sets)

  • 25 walking lunges (hold dumbbells to increase intensity)
  • 25 push ups (make them plyometric, aka ‘explosive’ for a challenge)
  • 25 air squats (if basic air squats are too easy, do a knee-to-chest jump after the squat)

Take a 1 minute breather between each set.

Remember to cool down by stretching and hydrating.
