I’ve been planning out my 2015 race season and realize I’ve been invited to run 5 Tough Mudders and 11 Spartan Races. This does not include road races or the XTERRA Trail Race season. I don’t know how many I can get to, but I have my work cut out for me!

I was traveling all day yesterday (Sunday) and had an early start today, so I’m just now completed my WOD… It’s a little late, but I got it done, and I feel so much better than I did last week. I’m still injured, but feeling much better.

Enough chit-chat, here’s the WOD!

WOD 11-17-14

Warm up: Jump rope (5 minutes)

Main set:

  • 3 x 15 burpees
  • 3 x 15 bodyweight squats
  • 3 x 15 jumping lunges
  • 3 x 15 pullups (if you can’t get that many, try ‘jumping pullups’ – just don’t knock your nose into the bar)

Cool down! Take 10-15 minutes to stretch out and re-hydrate.

That’s it! Rest when you need it, but push yourself – it’s as intense as you make.
