Good morning! It’s Monday. I get it. This WOD is designed specifically to get your mind caught up with your body as you start out. Just get to 10  reps per exercise, then move on to the next exercise, then repeat. As you get your blood flowing, you’ll wake up and the sets will come easier.

WOD 11-24-14

Warm up: 100 standing squats – lock your hands behind your head and tighten your abs to ensure that your upper back, shoulder, and midsection muscles will get used properly as you squat.

Main Set: up to 10 rounds of the following exercises

  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 lunges
  • 10 burpees
  • 1 minute plank

Cool down with a good stretching session, then hydrate and eat!

Get in as many rounds as you can – just push yourself.  I started out slow, but by the seventh-round I was breathing pretty hard, but feeling really good!
