The hotel where I’m staying has nothing really useful for making an interesting workout… So I got on the treadmill to warm up and pounded out a bodyweight workout.

WOD 1-30-15

Warm up: Jump rope (or double unders) – 5 minutes

Main set: (4 sets)

  • 25 walking lunges (hold dumbbells to increase intensity)
  • 25 push ups (make them plyometric, aka ‘explosive’ for a challenge)
  • 25 air squats (if basic air squats are too easy, do a knee-to-chest jump after the squat)

Take a 1 minute breather between each set.

Remember to cool down by stretching and hydrating.
