I’m not gonna lie – I’m tired. I’ve been on the road for 10 days now and yesterday was a brutal 14-hour day flying in and around storms in the Pacific Northwest.

But… I’m tired.  Not fatigued, so it’s time to go.  =D

Let’s go!

WOD 4-1-15

Warm up: Jump rope (5 minutes)

Main Set:

  • 10 air squats
  • 10 knee-to-chest jumps
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 plyo pushups
  • 10 mountain climbers

Complete up to 10 sets, then stretch out.

It looks simple, but if you keep the tempo up, you’ll reach a point where you’ll wonder if you can complete that set at the same speed.  When you get there – do one more.  If you can still move, do another.  Then stretch out, re-hydrate, and get a good recovery meal.
