These last two weeks have been absolutely brutal for me. Changes in the schedule had me flying the country from top to bottom, then most of the states in the Northwest. …and it’s STILL not over!

But… I’d like to believe one thing that has helped me through it is my consistent physical activity. The WOD today may not seem like much, but as you warm up you can push harder and, in turn, *making* it more difficult.

Still, I’ll admit I can’t wait to be back home and start getting more intense workouts again. But for today… here we go!

Here is my ‘hotel WOD’.

WOD 04-03-15

Warm up: 100 air squats

Main Set rep schedule 21-15-9

  • Pushups (make them plyometric for more of a challenge – ie. ‘clapping’ pushups)
  • Burpees
  • Standing knee to chest jumps
  • Pullups (when available)

Always cool down by stretching out and hydrating.

That’s it!  It doesn’t look like much, but if you get this done inside of 5-10 minutes, you’ll definitely feel it.  I went through this four times this morning and I’m definitely feeling it…  I’m having a hard time typing right now! =D
